With this acquisition, M&I Systems Co, as a member of the Seyfor Group, strengthens its position in the ERP solutions market in Serbia and Southeast Europe

Belgrade, July 10, 2025 – M&I Systems Co, a regional leader in the ERP systems market and a member of the Seyfor Group, has successfully acquired the IT company NPS from its previous majority owner, SAGA Group, which operates within the global Noventiq Group, specializing in digital transformation and cybersecurity for emerging markets.

Last year, Seyfor, as one of the largest European ICT service providers, expanded its activities across Europe by acquiring a 70% stake in M&I Systems Co, a Serbian company that is a regional leader in the ERP market. Founded over 30 years ago as a family business, M&I Systems Co has remained dedicated to providing the latest IT solutions and fostering innovation in a dynamic digital environment, serving more than 400 clients in the medium and large enterprise segments.

The first joint acquisition in Serbia is precisely the purchase of the IT company NPS which, with over two decades of experience, ranks among the most recognizable and reputable partners in Serbia for the implementation and maintenance of ERP solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (Microsoft Dynamics NAV). Known for its expertise in business consulting, system implementation, and advanced Business Intelligence (BI) solutions, NPS has successfully completed hundreds of projects in Serbia and across the Balkans. Their strategic focus on digital transformation, business automation, and Business Intelligence (BI) will significantly complement the existing product and service portfolio of M&I Systems Co.

This acquisition aligns with the strategic goals of M&I Systems Co to rapidly strengthen its dominant position in the regional Microsoft ERP solutions market, utilizing the local knowledge, operational infrastructure, and existing client base of NPS. The focus is on developing software solutions with a special emphasis on digital transformation, the implementation of cloud-based ERP solutions, the proprietary Beyond 360 ERP system, business process automation, analytics, artificial intelligence, and IT consulting. M&I Systems Co is a long-term partner of technology leaders such as SAP, Salesforce, IBM, Microsoft, Celonis, Software AG, Asprova, and Aforza.
