Belgrade, July 01, 2025 – Seyfor, one of the largest European ICT solution providers, announced another strategic acquisition, following the recent takeover of the Czech company Dotykačka. The company became the owner of a 100% stake in Revolution Software Kft., one of the key players in the ERP solutions market in Hungary. With this transaction, Seyfor enters the Hungarian market and further strengthens its expertise in implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central systems. As a reminder, in July last year, Seyfor took over a 70% stake in the company M&I Systems Co, a regional leader in the field of ERP systems based in Serbia, which today operates successfully within the Seyfor Group.

The company Revolution Software Kft, based in Budapest, was founded in 1992 and has been successfully developing and implementing ERP solutions for medium-sized enterprises for more than three decades. Its portfolio focuses on the deep.erp software solution, as well as the implementation of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central platform. The company's team consists of about 70 employees, and in 2024 it achieved a revenue of 6.3 million euros.

The acquisition agreement was signed in February 2025, and after obtaining approval from the Regulatory Body for Foreign Direct Investments of Hungary, the transaction was officially executed on May 30, 2025.
