Key business development factor for Sport Vision

The Sport Vision EU business transformation project included, most significantly, the SAP Rollout for the Czech Republic, Slovakia (two companies), and Slovenia, as well as a new logistics model involving the supply of EU countries from a Central Warehouse in Slovakia with a high degree of automation and robotics. As the client stated, this is the most significant and largest project in the company's history.
Our team participated in the project as the lead partner, holding not only a direct role in the rollout of the SAP template for four companies but also providing significant support to other project participants in the Retail and E-commerce segments. The project was carried out according to the Activate methodology, which involved working in Sprints during the first phase, while the second phase prepared for Go-Live through several testing cycles and cutover activities. All activities of our team on the project were completed in accordance with the project plan and client expectations, resulting in a successful Go-Live for all four companies.
Evidence of our success is the announced cooperation on new projects for which preparatory activities are currently underway.
