M&I Systems, Co. at the 7th CFO & Controlling Congress

This year’s CFO & CONTROLLING CONGRESS was held at the Crown Plaza hotel in Belgrade on April 23, 2019 and this year as well, M&I Systems, Co. was among the partners and active participants at the Congress. The Congress gathered more than 500 controllers at one place. The main topic of the Congress was “Prepare for the Future” and, besides networking and socializing, the participants had the opportunity to attend 5 different panels in which the directors of the best companies in Serbia took part.

These are the questions that the Congress speakers and participants tried to answer through presentations, panels and networking. Our co-worker, Marko Gudelj, was one of the speakers at the Congress. The topic of his presentation was “Five steps to a digital business model”. Within this topic, he talked about the digital business model, the steps to be taken in order for a company to be able to successfully go through digital transformation.
