Service Desk Operator

What will you be doing?


Timely receipt of clients’ IT requests
Analysis and classification of requests according to problem category
Oral and written communication with clients
Monitoring activities of registered tickets/requests in accordance with the defined standards
Working in shifts

You are the perfect candidate if you:


Have knowledge of the German language (advanced level, at least B1) and the English language (intermediate level, at least A2)
Have basic knowledge of information technologies
Have higher education – college or university (preferably information technology studies)
Have business communication skills, a positive attitude, analytical skills, proactive approach, organization skills
Have experience in handling set deadlines and priorities, multitasking
Are easily adaptable to individual and team work
